Why didn't we call Sherrie sooner?!

For a year we tried to clean out a place my sister owned after the death of her husband. It was a real challenge given our age, the amount of stuff in the unit, and that my sister is legally blind!  We called Sherrie, and within a little more than 2 weeks, the place was cleaned out, renovated and ready to go on the market. Sherrie guided us every step of the way and there were some real unexpected challenges during escrow with the unit and the building. There's no way we could have handled all of this without Sherrie's expert guidance and hands on help. We are finally free and it is such a wonderful feeling to know that we can move on without worry.
