Moana Pacific

The Moana Pacific is a high-rise complex with two graceful and sleek twin towers designed to have a glass curtain look. The top of the building shows off unique LED light accents so you can see the building illuminated at night. The concrete structure is wrapped with double-glazed glass and offers panoramic views for units, spanning from the ocean to the mountains. Built-in 2007 and developed by KC Rainbow Development & Hawaiian Dredging, the Moana Pacific is one of the largest condominiums in Honolulu and sits on a coveted six-acre block.

There are a total of 688 units found among the two 46-story tall East and West towers, ranging from one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. Each of these units boasts of floor-to-ceiling windows and includes attractive details like crushed granite countertops, ceramic tiled kitchens and bathrooms, wood cabinetry, central A/C, and Bosch and GE kitchen appliances. All units except for the one-bedroom units come with a lanai. The best ocean views are found on units from the 12th floor and up.

The two towers are connected on the sixth floor with the popular recreation deck. This shared common space is designed for an open feel, offering stunning city views and yet still feels in touch with the outdoors through artificial turf areas and an ambient water fountain. It’s hard to beat the amenities found here: there are two tennis courts, three driving ranges, a putting green, multiple BBQ hangout spots, a playground, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, and a large pool for both lap and recreation swimmers. Shared spaces like the lobby, gym, and recreation deck have Wi-Fi access. The parking lot includes large storage rooms that people can own or rent depending on availability. There is also a theatre room, a two-story open-air exercise room and a party room for entertaining. Pets are allowed.

The Moana Pacific is found on Kapiolani Boulevard, just a short ten-minute walk away from the popular Ala Moana Shopping Center. It’s important to note that this open-air shopping mall is home to not only luxury boutique shops and delicious restaurants, but also grocery stores like Foodland and convenient stores like Target and Longs for day-to-day needs. Its proximity makes it easy for Moana Pacific residents to run a quick errand – you won’t even need to get into the car. For those who are big fans of going to the beach or participating in water sports like surfing, paddling or bodyboarding, Ala Moana Beach Park is also a short walk away. Concerts, events and farmer’s markets take place at the Neal Blaisdell Center down the street and delicious restaurants abound on Keeaumoku Street. The condominium complex is also situated near Piikoi Street, which means you can easily access the H1 on-ramp at any time.
