From the lobby, residents can make their way to a fitness pavilion with a sauna. The path leads throughout the four-acre property where you can find other amenities like an open pavilion, BBQ alcoves, native plants in a lush garden, landscape art, pond, and multiple trellises. There’s also an entertainment room, meeting room and recreation room.
Units themselves have comfortably sized lanais, floor-to-ceiling glass windows with ocean views and kitchen details like African mahogany cabinets, Brazilian granite, Viking stainless steel appliances and travertine floors. Master bathrooms have soaking tubs and a separate shower with a glass wall.
A 35-story tower built on Kalakaua Avenue in 2009, the Allure Waikiki stands on 2.3 acres of immaculate landscaping and hosts 300 units. The tower is conveniently located at the gateway to Waikiki and is near the neighborhood’s salons, restaurants, convenient stores and shopping centers. The Loft is an older building in Waikiki built in 2008 and while it’s smaller than the other condos in the neighborhood, it’s known for its unique features. Although it stands only at six floors high and with 36 units, The Loft has things to offer that many other condos skimp out on. First, the residential living spaces have 12, 15 and 19-foot high ceilings – the floors on the 3rd and 5th levels have 12 feet ceilings, the 6th-floor penthouse units have 15-foot ceilings and the center penthouse units have 19-foot ceilings plus an additional mezzanine area.
