The Park Ward Village

The Park Ward Village is an upcoming new luxury condominium situated in an urban neighborhood. It is part of the Howard Hughes’ master plan for Ward Village and will be located on the largest lot in Ward Village that’s currently occupied by the Ohana Hale Marketplace. As of May 2022, the condo is expected to start construction later in 2022.
